Official Thursday Weigh In

Let's just get this over with, shall we?

I gained another pound this week, taking me up to 168.

I'll confess, there were a couple of days this week where I didn't keep track like I should've. And I didn't exercise like I should have either.

And I had Chinese food last night. And bread at lunch.

And there are a million, billion other reasons why I gained a pound.

But there it is.

And hopefully, next week, it won't be.

It's only one pound...no worries. I've gained too. We'll both do better, but still need to enjoy life. Not worth it if your not happy. :o)

Don't get discouraged! Chinese food does it to me every time too! Just keep thinking positive, and it will be better next week! :)

Thanks for the encouragement ladies - it's easy to post here when I have a good week, but not so easy when I don't. It just reminds me that like everything else in life, we won't do it perfectly every time.
