Oh I've got to get back on track! I'm booked on a cruise at the end of July and those bathing suits in my dresser are screaming for me to eat more fruits and veggies and leave the breads alone!

You're doing so well with your weight loss and it's normal to have gains. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there! :)
