Thanks - last year, I went to cover a health fair and somebody had those plastic representations of 5 lbs. of fat. It was scary to think about! At that point, I'd lost about 40 lbs., so it would take a lot more of those buggers to show what I'd lost now!
just remember: none of us put it on overnight, so you can't expect to lose it overnight, either!!you're doing great, sweetie!

Lissete - I keep telling myself that it's just like when I'm driving somewhere. If I stop, I'll never get to where I'm going. And if I don't lose anything, even if it's just a half a pound, I'll never get to my goal.
