Oy vey!
Another week with no movement of the scale! What gives?
Obviously not my weight. Still 163.5 and holding.
I think I've hit the proverbial plateau.
Don't know what I'm gonna do about it.
Any suggestions?
(P.S. - I realize I've only updated this blog one other time this week, and I do apologize. Life has been rather hectic in Melz World!)

A plateau for a few weeks is ok. Let your body adjust.
It was suggested at our WW meeting a few years ago, when you hit a plateau, to up your points, just a bit. Try sticking to the top end of your points range for a few weeks, see if that doesn't kick start your metabolism.
Methinks that is a good idea, Linda. Always like an excuse to loosen up a point or two! I might be forced to try the "Wendie Plan" - alternating high/low points days, to keep my body guessing.
