Ok, so I found out that last week I actually gained TWO AND A HALF POUNDS!
That actually pushed me to 175.5!
Now, I've lost two of those pounds, and I hope to never find them.
Tonight's weight: 173.5!
Let's see if I can finally get out of this up/down/up/down cycle, shall we?

Last year, I turned down some Girl Scout cookies that were offered to me at our local Board of Supervisors meeting. (Know what they supervise? Roads, apparently)
I told them I was keeping my New Years resolution. They asked me how one went about doing so, and I told them "I started in August."

I think that what you need to keep in mind is that you don't want to "lose" the pounds because then they feel a need to return to their owner. :o) How about "release" them instead. I'm 5 pounds over you right now. I think I'm going to start working on it as well, since we are in the same weight ballpark. I think it would be fun to keep tabs with you.
Oohh - I like that. I'm going to start that now - I released 2 lbs. this week!
