Now needless to say, I was mortified. So, especially since my makeup was fresh and I'd just had my hair cut yesterday (no more mullet-y piece on the bottom! Yay!) I forthwith had another picture made:
The first picture was taken sometime in early 2004, before our office moved from the back room to the front with our new computers (see, I was looking at context clues like LaJuan's desk and my long hair! I'm so observant).
Wow. I've been big pretty much my whole life, but I guess you never really realize how big until you lose some - in my case, a little over 50 pounds. I actually think I was heavier in the first picture than I was when I started WW, but since I spent many years in denial I can't be sure. Although, I could be in denial about being bigger then too.
On a different note, Jason and Anna Marie are supposed to be back tomorrow night. I guess I'd better get my scrapbooking stuff off the dining room table, and when he brings back my camera I'll take some pictures of the fruits of my marathon scrabooking sessions.

Thanks girls. Melody, WW is great - it's the best thing I've tried, and I think it's something that a person can carry over after they're off the "program."
