It's a wonderful thing.

Warehouse Wednesday.

I don't know how many of you live near a Spaghetti Warehouse (like the one in Memphis) but ours has a Warehouse Wednesday special.

Spaghetti, with your choice of sauce; salad; bread; and a drink, all for $5!

We make the 45-minute trek once every few weeks. The food is great, and the atmosphere is even better. One of the booths is made from a brass canopy bed, and there's a trolley car you can eat inside (Anna Marie's favorite).

Last night we went, and although I stayed (roughly) inside my POINTS range, I guess all that pasta blew up inside me - I'm not used to being that full these days.

I had a hard time sleeping because of the feeling.

Maybe next time I won't be quite so hungry (it was after 7:00 when we ate, and I'm used to eating 5:30 or 6:00) and can better control myself. I think if I'd eaten more slowly, I wouldn't have gotten that "full all of a sudden feeling." It was awful.

Ahh, pasta!

kinda the same here in Mostly Smokey So. Cal...Old Spaghetti Factory. It has a trolly in it, and lots of mis-matched plush chairs at the tables. No Wednesday special, but a spaghetti dinner with bread, salad, coffee, tea or milk AND spumoni ice cream. Yummers.

Ooh, that does sound yummy. I've never had spumoni ice cream before!

And despite everything I ate last night, I lost a pound and a half at weigh-in tonight.

Go figure.
